Do not work for Norris Cylinder. If you do not do what they tell you from the top, they fire you. They have an environment of dishonest harmony. They had me working as a HR Manager but did not pay me or give me the title because I was black but made me work that position because I WAS QUALIFIED . April and the rest of these idiots took MONTHS to respond to my application, then expected me to stop what I was doing to interview for a company that would rather force overtime onto its workers than simply hire enough workers to begin with. Compounding this insult is the paltry, $16/hour starting wage they offer that's dictated by a policy of ignoring your previous experience when deciding how much you're worth.
