i was there when i was 17 and now am 23 working on my own job, i will say old staff were great but when we move they start hiring younger staff which was bad reason one time i had gay kid came to my room and litterly open his hand and show me his seaman and when i went to report it to staff they litterly got call me homophobic i had report it to my parents and dcs becuase of it.
Been there when I was 16, I'm currently 22, the staff don't really treat the residents with care or respect, kids would attempt to escape on the daily, got so bad one day a guy dented one of the thick metal doors and fractured the thick glass window on it. It's not a safe environment primarily in the yellow unit, which was the all boys around 15-17 I believe, almost everyday there was a fight either inside the living quarters, classroom, hallway, gym, or outside. Do not work here!! Absolutely terrible business! They will 100% ghost you after hiring you and never get in contact. I’ve got screenshots and evidence of all of this. They are absolutely sketchy, I even turned down other jobs too waiting for my orientation date for this job. The fact that they set your start date and never talk to you is utterly crazy!! Do not work for this business!!!
