This clinic office assistant informed me that she was going to make a copy of my debit card, and I told her twice that I did not give approval for any of you to make a copy of my debit card. I explained to her that I was a victim of identity theft, and she responded okay, I understand. During my appointment, the office assistant ignored my request and ask for $40.00 copay and made a copy of my card without my consent. She stated that Doctor needed copy to enter later. Great service.. busted my toe pretty good and they were able to fit me in and get me taken care of. Been coming here for a while and we'll continue to do so as long as I live in the area
The doctor figured out the problem immediately and relieved my pain fast. She will be my new podiatrist for sure.
I needed a same-day appointment and they fit me in. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Laura is great - superior bedside manner and really takes the time to explain things to you. They treated me quickly and efficiently.
It was a wonderful environment, everyone was friendly and helpful the receptionist was great and Dr Pickard was awesome.
