On March 6, Norrell came out to my home to do the spring maintenance on my A/C unit. The technician, Christian, was friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. After completing the inspection, he went over it with me, explaining and then asked me if I had any questions. Wonderful service.
TECH JUSTIN BRUNNEN CAME TODAY FOR MY SEMI ANNUAL CHECK-UP ON MY HEAT& AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. HE WAS KIND AND THROUGH. JUSTIN REPLACED MY AIR FILTER AND MY ANTI BACTERIAL FLORECENT LIGHT. AND TWO OTHER PARTS WHICH WERE FAILING. HE TESTED AND REVIEWED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. DID A GOOD JOB . 5 STARS.

Micah Baker was the technician who did my semiannual service of our two AC units. He was efficient, friendly, and explained all the details of what was done. He arrived on time. Also was friendly to our elderly dog.
Jason responded to my air-condition problem after I called late in the day. He was courteous and knowledgeable giving me temporary relief until he returned on the scheduled date to replace my condenser coil.
