Norred installed a new sprinkler system for our store. They did high quality work at a good price and the customer service was excellent. I would call to let them know that we were ready for the next phase of the project and they would show up the same day or the next day. I had a few small leaks on the pre-existing old sprinkler header. When I call them about the leaks they sent someone there immediately to fix the issue and did not charge me even though it wasn’t part of the system they replaced. Extremely disappointed with Norred Fire Alarm Company. The service was subpar, prices were exorbitant, and the customer service left much to be desired. Would not recommend.
As someone who highly values honesty, integrity, and professionalism, I am deeply disappointed and troubled by the business practices of Norred A fire alarm company, by its very nature, holds a significant responsibility for the safety and well-being of its clients.
