Purchased the Norpro 4 oz. glass measuring "cup" at a fancy kitchen store in Leavenworth, WA in December 2023. I paid $5.95 plus tax for it. When I went to use it, every marking on the glass was gone. Now it is just a plain 4 oz. "shot glass" pretty much good for nothing. Very disappointed with this product. Truly a piece of junk and definitely not worth the money.
Love their fruit wedger. I use it for apples. I appreciate that Norpro does not put huge overblown plastic/rubber handles on hand kitchen tools. I was so happy to find a simple vegetable peeler for 1.69 during the holidays. It's all I needed and will keep. Way too many other companies putting huge handles on their products....not needed, and takes too much space in kitchen drawers!
I finally got the new flat iron grill I have been wanting for what feels like forever. As a gift, my wife got me all new BBQ tools to go along with it. The tools are all some of the best quality tools I have used. The grill cleaner doesn’t have those rough metal pieces that fall off when cleaning and it really does a nice job getting the stuck in grime off. This is a terrible company who’s Chinese products have broken on me every single time I used them. Went to their location to complain and communicate and was met with a rancid smelling warehouse that did not look like it was taken care of. If I could rate below one star I would. EDIT: I very clearly visited this warehouse your derogatory response is a clear example of a terrible business you run by trying to deflect criticism maybe your products wouldn’t be terrible if you took customer insight seriously.
All I can say is wow.Norpro has done it again.I absolutely love this apple master.The suction cup base allows me to use it on multiple surfaces and the ease of use is just a bonus to how fun it is.This is a must have for every house. (along with many other items of theirs like the knife sharpener, spatulas, pans and more)
