Always very helpful, good people. I've stopped to ask a question at another mechanic and they said they don't give free advice and stopped a Norms and they helped me without a second thought.
I got my studs & Lug Nuts replaced on my tire. & I believe his name was Dave, he was nice, honest & I thought my front brake pads needed to be changed & literally every other shop would just have changed them & charged me. He said no your brakes are good, & I really appreciate that! There aren’t to many mechanics/auto shops like this left. They are a dime a dozen & I look forward to giving my business to Norms Save Station next time I need work on my car!

I have not had a repair yet, but I left there today with a good feeling. Norm's first response was to say lets bring your car in for me to look and see if there is a problem and then go from there. He stated he does not believe what others state as the problem . Really liked his approach.
