The waitress that waited on my table this early AM had a real attitude on her because when she took my order, she became very defensive and then made excuses she was working by herself and when picking up the menu from my table, I noticed she replaced them by slamming them into it's slot angrily! This is certainly not a way to demonstrate behavior that consists of being rude and short tempered; especially, towards a customer! This is unprofessional and unacceptable! This is my last time ever stepping foot into that location!
I’ve been going to Norms forever, mostly for breakfast. But lunch and dinner are delicious too. Great service, variety, and food.
they have a promotion for steak and eggs for 7.99 but they don't honor what's on the picture, false advertising. the food was ok
the steak is delicious and the service is great. the wait isn't long. soon as someone leaves they clean up the table and vacuum the area. they are on it. 😍
