I called asking about fixing my shower handle myself, they gave me a number to text with the photo, and then good advice about the fix, and how much of it I could safely try to do myself. I really appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable customer service, thank you!!
Norm’s provides unmatched service that’s difficult to come by these days. Extremely friendly and dependable small business folks that I’d repeatedly give my business to. It was a pleasure to work with Sam and Ernie. They installed a gas line for an outdoor fireplace and did a great job. So good to work with a business who has great service and quality work.
Ernie and Samantha were awesome. It is hard to find experts in construction who both know their field and bring empathy and professionalism to the job. Our boiler went out Friday afternoon. Samantha returned my call, got Ernie in touch, and helped me trouble shoot through FaceTime. We ordered parts. They started work on Monday when it arrived. A third generation family owned business with roots deep in Colorado. Ernie (grandson) and his wife Samantha were amazing to work with on a broken furnace in a remote location during a recent cold snap. Lovely, caring, honest and committed people who really truly care about their customers. I wish everybody in the trades were more like them. Highly recommend.
