Ernie is awesome! Highly recommend this company. I got quotes from multiple plumbers and he was the only one who could do the work within budget and with minimal new parts. Will definitely be using them again.

Ernie from Norms Plumbing has been servicing our boiler for years. We would never use anyone else. Recently our Munchkin boiler died and Ernie recommended a new boiler, different company, very reliable, and in stock nearby. He came over right away and spent more than a day replacing it and later, when the expansion tank failed, he came back and installed a new one and left the boiler room, spotless, and I mean cleaner than I've ever seen it, and then refused to let us pay him. Norm’s Plumbing is highly professional, they give you an accurate quote before starting the work, and clean up after the job so that you don’t even know they were there. Norm’s has a terrific crew working at this small family-owned Boulder business. While other companies price gouge you because they can, Norm’s rates are reasonable.
I called asking about fixing my shower handle myself, they gave me a number to text with the photo, and then good advice about the fix, and how much of it I could safely try to do myself. I really appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable customer service, thank you!!
