Norm's plumbing has been a reliable company for me and my extended family for several decades. I appreciate that they can send a plumber out usually within 1 business day to address our needs. Every plumber they send has been kind, knowledgeable, and has gone above and beyond to make sure the job is done and that our questions are answered. Had some issues with our Mansfield Toilet Flush Valve. I made an attempt at fixing it and realized that I was in way over my head. Called Norm's and they did come by very quickly after that call but the guy looked inside our toilet for every bit of thirteen seconds before he looked at me and told me that he had never seen a toilet like ours before and that we'd better off to completely replace the toilet.
