We recently had Norm's Custom Glass replace a window for us. We had a couple businesses do quotes for us, and Norm's was the most reasonably priced for what we needed. Our installer was Ryan. On the morning of installation, he called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and did a fantastic job installing our window. Very helpful with finding a less common window part. My window latch broke. I had a hard time finding the right part at other stores and online. They had the replacement and gave me a deal on it. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I recently had a vinyl window installed in my bathroom by Norms Glass, inside a newly remodeled shower. It was a replacement for an old window - house build in 1938. The install had to happen before the remodel. There were multiple challenges to have the window replacement done correctly. I'm an idiot and sent a piece of wood through my window on a Saturday morning. Norm's glass had an initial quote, then someone out to measure, and an official quote on Tuesday. There was no pressure to purchase my replacement glass pane from them at any point and everyone was friendly and professional, and my glass was replaced the following Wednesday.
