Ray and Brent were absolutely beyond the best , couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope everyone receives the same experience when needed
Brent went above and beyond helping 10/10 experience he stayed over past closing time was patient and very helpful I would recommend this place very good
Unprofessional. At first when trying to get a car both sales reps can call you fast and text fast but as soon as u give them info they don’t respond anymore. Sell you some hopeful story about getting a car then act like they don’t care anymore. I was referred but I’m definitely telling people to stay away from this place. Honestly tht 4.7 rating is a whole lie. Oh and let’s not get into ur policies. Ik so many people that got cars from yall and everyone turns out the same
I had an amazing experience car shopping at Columbus auto group west, Brent was amazing, patient kind and honest. I got an amazing car that runs amazing & he walked me through all the steps and did everything he could to make sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Him, his mechanics and team are all great I highly recommend car shopping with him ! Great guy !
