Norm the manager of this business is an honest person who will tell you directly what your car needs. I tried a couple of other places around the area and was quoted over the phone regarding air conditioning. They gave me a price without seeing the car. The prices were hefty. Then l tried Norm who simply said bring it down. It was a surprise as Norm diagnosed the problem with in minutes. It was a regulator valve which was inexpensive. Called up Norm who advised to come down in an hour and he'll have a look at my Megane blowing warm air. Drove it over and he quickly was able to get it regassed within 20 minutes. Air con running crispy cool now. Highly recommended. Much like others have said, Norm is a top bloke.
