We went in on two instances without an appointment and were told that we would be taken “next”. The first time I went with my husband and son and waited an extremely long time (30-40 minutes) as we watched new people come in and sit. We left. Recently my husband and son went back to give it another shot and the same thing happened. Basically she took a regular over them. My husband told the woman this was the second time and she said “ it wasn’t me last time” so she acknowledged that it had already happened. False promises! ... read more
Always very welcoming atmosphere. Very busy today. Good thing they had 4 stylists working. I always go with whoever will see me right away. Today I got the male Barber. He did a really good job! He asked how I wanted my haircut. And he followed all my directions. I'll continue to frequent this establishment. 😁
