Fantastic! The ladies at Norma's are fantastic (had say it again). Very reasonable pricing, very professional, definite animal lovers, and very clean (no soggy, wet, animal smell/odor). Definitely recommend for you pets spa day.

Norma has been doing my 2 Shitzu’s for years and does a fantastic job with them, they both love her and are good with her ! I highly recommend her for all your pet grooming needs!

Christina is a true professional. I am so happy with how my very large puppy, who had never been groomed, looked and acted after his first session. I didn’t think he would look much different because I know a groomer needs to take time and the dog needs to learn. When it was time to pick up Petey I walked into the beautiful shop and saw him sitting calmly being combed out. I could not have asked for a better job or a better cut. My 12 yo four legged daughter was woefully behind in her total grooming. Christine Clem did an excellent job, as always. Norma's K-9 Designs is a lovely, friendly quiet environment. They take after pictures, and almost a week later, my girl is still prancing and happy! This was her first experience without her elder sister, who we lost last year. Cannot recommend them any higher. So very grateful.

Norma has been nice and has done a very good job on our two Shitzus. Always cutting them nicely and giving them little bandanas afterwards.
