Wow! What an amazing job Mike and his team did for our parents. They remembered all the details about their previous water heater issues, they were able to respond the same day and treated our parents with dignity and respect. It isn't often you find people who are "the real deal" but from everything we have seen and heard - this company is! Please never change !! It is just too bad we live in Chicago or we'd use them as well!
