Norman's Overhead Doors were fantastic. Our garage door broke on a Sunday evening and I called and left a message. The team at Norman's Overhead Doors called me first thing on Monday morning and were able to arrive to fix the door right at 8:30am. They took about 30 mins to replace the cables and oil up the wheels. Everything is working great again. I'm so thankful for the quick and efficient service.
I bought new custom doors and they were the doors from h*ll. Jack and his crew are the only reason I am still sane. They installed the first door. Then the second one wouldn't close properly -- they were here working on it until 8PM. They came back and trouble-shot some more and figured out the manufacturer had sent the wrong size parts. They fixed the problem and I finally have my new doors. I strongly recommend this company, either for new installations or maintenance.
