Their cars are largely more complete and intact than those one finds at places like LKQ, aka. Crazy Rays. Their prices are very competitive, and comparable to LKQ. I can honestly say, over several years in dealing with Normans, I have never experienced disappointment in the service they provide.

My son went there to get parts from a vehicle and got nothing but a runaround. Nothing upsets me more than poor customer service. No matter what business you are in you should be there to help the customer. I guess that sale didn't matter to them. That is very unprofessional and unacceptable to say the least. We try to go to our local businesses to give them the revenue but they didn't want it. Not happy to say the least.
