These are the nicest people in the world. You will NEVER be disappointed with any purchase. I needed something special when my cousin passed in December, gave my price range, wanting something my Aunt to take home with her, and received the most BEAUTIFUL, HUGE peace plant, GORGEOUS!!! And they specialized with Awesome BLUE/ORANGE GO GATOR Bows, Just gorgeous, can't say enough. Thank You-Thank you, God Bless If I could post a photo of it on here, I would. Susan Hawley

Grandma wanted to order flowers for our new granddaughter - but she was on her way from Buffalo to Jacksonville and we didn't know any florists in the area. Got a look at the rave reviews that Norman's shop gets and called them. Nicest fellow took the order over the phone, promised (and met it) delivery in a few hours. Our son and daughter-in-law were thrilled with the beautiful arrangement and when grandma got there - she called me and said I'd finally figured out how to order flowers right. I am a letter carrier for the U.S.Postal Service. I am moving to another route soon but i had to tell you about the family that i will definitely miss on my old route. The Normans Flower Shop family has always treated me like one of their own over the years. Never have i asked for anything from them yet they have ALWAYS offered me something to eat or drink on hot,summer days or cool,wintery days. Today i dropped the ball bigg time. It was my wedding anniversary and i forgot to order flowers for my wife. I called Mr.Norman's son Danny and he told me not to worry about it-----they would be delivered promptly. Wthin the hour,my wife received her flowers in the riverside area and Danny would not even take any extra money for a special quick delivery. This past Saturday,i buried my father. The folks at Norman's Flowers were so helpful to our family and extremely compassionate during this difficult time that i felt compelled to write. The son of the owners,Danny,gave my wife and daughters a few roses as a fitting rememberance to my father. My Mother is also deceased and Norman's helped us with her service also. Good quality for the price and you definitely can count on them..... The folks at norman's florist have always been there for my personal needs and for my church family. I appreciate their hard work and efforts. I would recommend them to anyone !!!

The best decision I ever made! My church has used Norman's for several years, and when my dad died in March 2006, we went to Norman's for all of our flowers. Their value, kindness, and quality were above and beyond what we expected. They offered a personal touch, even preparing a fresh basket of flowers for my mother to take home while we made our selections for the funeral. If you're looking for consistency and caring, this is THE place.
