On site manager and maintenance who happily address their residents needs. Clean, Quiet and wonderful place to call home. Close to shopping, dining and more. Covered parking, updated pool, wood burning fireplace are just some of the things residents love about this community
Only rated highly by employees – It is an old dirty dump run by crooks who lie cheat and steal. Call the better business breau call the clerk of court to see how many law suits are pending. Look out for positive reviews from employees. At last count it had 13 vacant apartments out of 82. Look at your apartment before you rent. It is not quiet. It is realy a bad place to live.
Quiet, comfortable, safe--love it! – I don't know what these other people are talking about (and actually, these are the EXACT same comments on another site, so I'm thinking it's the same person writing in over and over and over). Dump – Old moldy run down the manager is not proffesional and takes your money. Utilities are astrinomical. Strippers live next door and come in late at night. Big bunch of dishonest crooks. Need to close down as there are nicer places right down street.
high dollar dump. – Place is old dirty not maintained laundry room is a mess. Doog pop every where. A/c down all the time. Does not have capable staff. Does not ever repair problems when promised. Goes into apartments all the time. Rotted wood every where. Roof leaks, dishwasher leaks, toilets flush really slow. Walls cracked. real dump.
