All of those reviews are not telling the truth in this buildings. We just moved to Normandy Towers. They told us the management company changed last year. With the new management, a new manager came to the office. She is so mean to everybody and she really does not care about anybody in the buildings. They gave us a broken refrigerator and we asked them to change. They did something worst and gave us an old used dirty refrigerator. I have been a resident of Normandy Towers for over 5 years. I love the quiet, the view of Lake Erie, and living in Euclid. The new management is so nice, things are getting done, and good changes have taken place. The office staff is so helpful and pleasant, and they make residents feel at home. I will never leave Normandy Towers. It's my dream come true.

I like that Normandy Towers is quiet, clean, and in a great location for easy access to the city, freeway, and parks. I appreciate my friendly neighbors, the wonderful office staff and the quick response of the maintenance staff. I also like the feeling of security, the lake view, fitness center, swimming pool, and the “modernized” lobby.

I appreciate that Normandy is a secure place to live and that people are friendly towards each another. My apartment is rather quiet and easily accessible. I’ve been at Normandy for 10 years now.

Takes forever to get your security deposit back. Going on 4 months now!
