If you are thinking of living here, please change your mind. You will regret it. It's like living in an uptight prison. Every week there will be a notice on your door. The maintenance man is a creepy peeping tom who watches you like an eagle and snitches o every little thing you do. They will try to evict you for simple things like talking on the phone too loud or parking in your own parking spot. The rent is cheap and reasonable but it is not worth the hell u will get.
Yes, there are a lot of rules, and there are people kicked out for breaking the rules - but that is actually a good thing. It's one of the cleanest, nicest places I've ever lived. They respond quickly to maintenance concerns, and the neighbors won't bother you with loud music, yelling, or broken down cars piling up in the parking lots. Its a great place.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The Apartment Manager is a total total nightmare. Her name is Kay. You'd think she was nice until you move in. Every month you'll receive a note on your door in All caps telling you how you can be evicted and what you cant not do. There are so many rules here that you'll feel as if you are in a Prison facility. Just wait til its time to sign a lease, she'll make your head spin with all of the rules.
