The office is sparkling clean, but I have some major qualms with this business. Ours was a very rushed experience from start to finish.The tech was very rough with my 5 y/o son when putting the x-ray wings in his mouth, which took several painful tries (he still talks about it). He was gagging and she still never slowed down to check in with him. The Doctor jammed a screen with Netflix in his face as soon as he sat in the chair. This dentist is a God send. So thankful for their professionalism, warmth, patience, and communication.. There was a little confusion with our appointment scheduling today but instead of making it feel like it was our fault, they took full responsibility and made sure we were still seen. It seems like this is how it should be. Dr. Alegra is obviously knowledgeable, a clear communicator and very comforting to the kids.
