Horrible experience so far. Was told 2-3 weeks for my custom hard contacts. Now its been a month and they are saying insurance, Ive talked to insurance 4 times and they’ve told me everything was paid and they are confused on what is the hold up themselves
Everyone here was great to work with. Initial exam, Dr. Devin, Michael took great care of me, found me the perfect glasses.
My experience at Normandy Eye Center was excellent. Everyone is so nice and that means a lot. I would recommend my friends and family to go there if they needed their eyes checked. They have a lot of staff that way they can take care of everyone like they should be. A lot of respect in that eye Center. I felt comfortable. I didn’t feel Uneasy at any time. I really appreciate it though. Thank you so much. Oh and my doctor was excellent. Give them a try.
They are wonderful at explaining what is going on and treating people with respect and kindness. My eye doctor was not going to be in the area anymore and recommended this place. She trusts her own family to go here.
Excellent care. Dr. Sesto is a great doc. He's very knowledgeable and takes great care of our eyes. Staff are all very friendly. I highly recommend Normandy Optical.
