Was put into the wrong prescription glasses; went back and they made an adjustment to the nose pad and was told to try them for a week. My vision was worse. Tried again and they switched to bifocal. When I returned for the new glasses I could not see more than a foot in front of my face. The woman behind the counter told me the glasses are 'readers' and that is how I'm supposed to read. I was seen on 5/14/25 for a Diabetic Eye Exam by Dr. Calvin Habba, great Dr who gave an amazing exam. While I was waiting for my appointment, prior to my appointment I purchased a pair of glasses from Normandy Optical in Rochester which they referred me to the St Clair Shores Location (who has an amazing Lab) because I wasn’t happy with my glasses.
