Every time I visit Normandy, the staff provides thoughtful and personalized care. From the moment my appointment begins to the selection of my glasses, they ensure my needs are thoroughly met.
Very rude said that I scheduled five appointments and missed all five appointments, but only recall scheduling two appointments feel like they discriminate, this is not my first run in with them just unprofessional all around
Was put into the wrong prescription glasses; went back and they made an adjustment to the nose pad and was told to try them for a week. My vision was worse. Tried again and they switched to bifocal. When I returned for the new glasses I could not see more than a foot in front of my face. The woman behind the counter told me the glasses are 'readers' and that is how I'm supposed to read. So according to Normandy optical I'm supposed to read and write hunched very close over a desk. Nobody would buy glasses that doesn't allow ... read more
