My husband and I had an excellent experience at Normandy Eye Center this afternoon. Our appointments were on-time—no waiting. The optometrist was clearly knowledgeable and we are confident our glasses will serve us well. Angel, who helps us with frames and payment, was helpful and efficient. There were no issues with insurance or billing. We can hardly wait for our new eye ware!

From the front desk to the lady who took me back, even at check-out, everything was beyond what I've ever experienced at an optical place. And no pressure in sales. I don't remember names, but I remember Angel because I told her of my favorite song, “Angels Among Us” by Alabama, & that's exactly what she was too. She was kind, professional, sweet & caring.
