Lots of friendly people live there and there is always apartments getting updated!
The office lady is the absolute worst. The require your W2s as well as 2 full pages of the 11 page application dedicated to your proof of income, one of said 2 is from your employer. She absolutely refused to work with me even if I paid the entire lease up front.
