Extremely poor management transition and unresolved payment issue I lived here when it was managed by Cambridge Management Company. In May 2023, the property suddenly changed management without notice. I had already paid $2300 rent for June through Cambridge’s online portal before the transition, but the new management claimed they never received the payment and demanded I pay again.

Don't bother coming here. High rent and useless charges on Conservice like convenience fee etc. There is a large pothole while entering the parking lot. Leasing office is paranoid and sticks a notice to every apartment door every other week for random and ridiculous requests but takes no actions against smokers in the parking lot or loud neighbors.

do not lease here if you really care about your car, 4 months ago i parked in my parking lost my wheels (theft) and today morning i have seen 4 cars' wheels have been stolen like all the 4 wheels and they manager or the Normandy park apartments cant do any thing about it, they told me to goto police, no security at all anyon e can come in at any time, the other day i have seen homeless people at the can at 3am.. very unsafe place to stay

Felt bed about the leasing office They told me they would hold the lease for me till Tuesday when I visited their apartment on Saturday , and when I get ready and try to pay the deposit on Monday and called them to double check , they told me it was already rent on Saturday after I left. So why bother to tell me they will hold for me ,just ask me to pay the deposit and I would do it
