The worst apartments ! – You can't sleep at night if your neigbor who lives upstairs is awake ! you can hear every single step .. + you can hear your neigbors who live next to you (their phone calls, sounds from the kitchen, when they shower or do something else!!) + the smell of cooking in the hallways is another story !! + the washers are called "washers" but they do not wash ! and their are no connections for your own washers and dryers!

DO NOT move here – I hear the guy walking to the bathroom at 2, 3, and 4 am (probably a prostate thing). Then he wakes up for the day at 5 and keeps walking around. I thought it was just him being annoying. But apparently I bother the guy who lives below me. He's personally complained to me 3 times. It has become such a problem when I see him in the hallway he wont look at me. The hallways constantly smell like roasted garlic (after it has been thrown into wet garbage).
