They had completely screwed me out of my refundable deposit because I had canceled on them when they had never gotten back to me regarding approval or denial of application after submitting the application. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Robin is a conceiving liar. She will trick you any way she can to get you in then from there on your screwed and stuck. Only one parking spot per household. I warn you now do not move here.
What a terrible place to live they tow there own peoples car and even worse Robin the property manager is nothing but a liar and cheater and she will trick you any way she can
We love living here 6 months now! Everyone is very nice and the staff and maintenance keep the grounds looking nice!
I ran into an ex tenant today and he proceeded to bash Normandy Green well it was10 years ago. The new owners and management company are 0 tolerance when it comes to drugs uncleanliness and rowdiness. It is truly a beautiful nice and safe place to live. Check it out!!
