I like the houses and stuff and have a pool too and I live here if you don't know so yeah and there are noises upstairs and sometimes it makes me go crazy and I can't sleep nether but at least there's 2 rooms 2 bathrooms too it's cool but just noises and I have glass at my home and I'm hoping that those noises don't make my glass break cause I spet a lot but it's a good apartment and I gave it a 3 cause the noises lol but bye
Wish I could give zero stars. You can get better living accommodations in Evansville for the same price and a better staff. Definitely be wary of this place.
Kicked us out for 2 service dogs. constantly tagged our cars until i threatened the cops then they acted like i attacked them. the matience guy i lived near constantly went out in a bathroom and underwhere when kids would be waking up for school. lied about multiple things regarding the apartments. gave us 15 days to move out and then was mad we didn't pay their rent. i loved the apartment but everyone else was awful. my dog has to be off leash because of her service work and they constantly harassed me about it. i have mult... read more
