Very quiet community for the most part. Lots of young families. The maintenance and office staff are friendly and quick to fix a problem. I am in a renovated apartment and it is gorgeous! Haven’t had many problems, only complaint would be the 2 in 1 washer/dryer which takes 5 hours for one load though it’s the only thing that would fit in our unit and is better than nothing!
I lived in 2 different apartments within 7 years at 600 Normandy Apartment Homes. I rented a one bedroom, & then moved into a 2 bedroom/2 bath. First of all, Sarah the office manager is absolutely wonderful at her job. She is very professional, experienced, & understanding of her tenants’ needs. When things break, the maintenance crew are quick about fixing the issue as soon as possible. Had Lived here for 4 yrs.. it was nice THEN…. But the rent has increased !!! $795.00 which is ok BUT !! It’s not for a 1970’s style apartment and comparable to other apartments ! I can go elsewhere for upgrades with more amenities !! May want to reconsider on Normandy Arms. OH! And they will try to skip on returning your deposit even on a “perfect” leaving apt. I had to type up a legal letter just to state my legal rights to my deposit. Just know your apt competitor offers and safety measures.

Excellent location and priced reasonably. Staff is always there to help and very friendly. Also maintenance is fairly quick whenever I've needed something fixed
