When I got the opportunity to move in this apartment complex I jumped on it! Sarah in the office does a great job, maintenance crew are great, grounds are maintained and landscaped! Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and professionally! Rent is reasonable (comparable to other complexes) water, sewer and trash are what you you would expect! I love living here!!
I am writing this review to shed light on the consistently unprofessional and negligent management and maintenance at 600 Normandy Apartments. Despite advertising “updated” and “remodeled” units, my experience has been defined by repeated issues: roaches, plumbing failures, leaks, mold, foul odors, malfunctioning appliances, and unsafe building conditions. I like the houses and stuff and have a pool too and I live here if you don't know so yeah and there are noises upstairs and sometimes it makes me go crazy and I can't sleep nether but at least there's 2 rooms 2 bathrooms too it's cool but just noises and I have glass at my home and I'm hoping that those noises don't make my glass break cause I spet a lot but it's a good apartment and I gave it a 3 cause the noises lol but bye
