This post that l'm about to post is that l enjoy having Kim as the property manager she has really cleaning up the complex as well as the up keep has really change although she has some tenants that are difficult she keep trying. To whomever is reading this Thank You for Kim
The property manager, Kim, has been a pleasure to work with! She is very responsive and easy to work with. I have worked with her on two different properties. She directly communicates what she needs from you. She has done a great job with keeping g up with the property. I would 11/10 would recommend!!!
