I rent several units for my program and I think we finally have management that is invested in the tenants and maintaining the property. Kim is amazing as a property manager and I hope they keep her.
The property manager Kim was wonderful help getting me moved into my new unit. Very professional and responded to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend.
I have lived here 7 years and the switch up In Management has been overwhelming.I can honestly say that The Management now have been by far the most caring and hands on with the property and tenants! Kim the property manager is always attentive to the needs of the tenants.
I'm rating this as 5 stars. If I could, I'd rate a solid 10 stars. Horizon acquired this complex about 7 months into my lease and I have no complaints at all. They are excellent in taking care of my needs promptly, the communication is excellent and they are by far the most friendly and pleasant people to work with.
