The location and old style of this building is nice. The manager has been very helpful and responsive to assist when needed. *Edit*: 1 year now and things have gone well. Still very pleased with the location and staff. *New Edit Update* I really wanted to add how much Lillian the property manager contributed while here in 2022 and early 2023. This place is awesome!! 6 months so far. Read the negative reviews before the positive ones (as we all typically do). Had the the opportunity to move in and did. Lori the landlord is so cool millie her assistant is even cooler!(don't piss her off though)I mean Lori) . Lol the people here are great! The maintenance 💯. So far I'm beyond happy. I love coming home everyday!!
Josh he did a great job in and out
Lori is an excellent property manager from my experience. She is courteous and prompt responding to texts regarding property concerns and seeks solutions rapidly. I have been a tenant for two years and I have experienced excellent service. She has made my time at Normandy an outstanding experience and a true home. I wish all property managers were like her.
