Lori is the best. I love the view from my studio. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is chill. Not quite 6 months here but love it so far. Close to lots of downtown actvities for you socialites. ( i.e power & light most venues for shows and close to groceries + more. Also right on the line for public transportation. The buliding is super neat as well if you like historic stuff.
I have been here since 11/2023 and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience, overall. The property manager, Lori, has been really wonderful to me since the first minute I stepped into the office to tour the apartment. I really love and appreciate all the historic charm of both the building and neighborhood overall, and the proximity to downtown amenities while still having a cozy residential feel is really great. Where do I begin? Lived here a few years and have honestly struggled A LOT! What I’ve encountered: -2 building managers (fair warning the current is Del’s sister so do with that what you will) -Homeless banging on doors and sleeping in our stairwells -Rowdy ass neighbors that leave trash, dog pee, ect in the hallways with no repercussions -Washers & dryers that are as old as the building/need constant repairs so are always down (there’s only 4 of each for the whole building) -They WILL enter your apartment without letting yo... read more
Don't. EDIT MAY 2025 - I had tons of issues with Del Hedgepath, as i guess many did; there was a class action lawsuit against him which he lost. He was found to be using predatory leasing tactics against his tenants. so my one star review is current only to his presence/ management of this building. Hope they got somebody in there that is a normal person bc he definitely was not.
