I truly love living in my studio apartment here. From the moment I first inquired about the building, Lori, the apartment manager, made the process smooth and stress-free. She worked quickly to get me approved and moved in within just a few days, which I deeply appreciated. It was clear right away that she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Lori is the best. I love the view from my studio. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is chill. Not quite 6 months here but love it so far. Close to lots of downtown actvities for you socialites. ( i.e power & light most venues for shows and close to groceries + more. Also right on the line for public transportation. The buliding is super neat as well if you like historic stuff.
I have been here since 11/2023 and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience, overall. The property manager, Lori, has been really wonderful to me since the first minute I stepped into the office to tour the apartment. I really love and appreciate all the historic charm of both the building and neighborhood overall, and the proximity to downtown amenities while still having a cozy residential feel is really great. Where do I begin? Lived here a few years and have honestly struggled A LOT! What I’ve encountered: -2 building managers (fair warning the current is Del’s sister so do with that what you will) -Homeless banging on doors and sleeping in our stairwells -Rowdy ass neighbors that leave trash, dog pee, ect in the hallways with no repercussions -Washers & dryers that are as old as the building/need constant repairs so are always down (there’s only 4 of each for the whole building) -They WILL enter your apartment without letting yo... read more
