Dr Yung is great for those with any dental anxiety- he gave me a shot I didn’t even feel and was super kind. He did an excellent job on my crown and saved me from needing a root canal!
I was told that my insurance was accepted and that I needed to assign Dr Yung to my profile in order to set up an appointment. Then I was told I needed to wait a month for it to register in the system. After a month they then told me insurance no longer was acceptable. On 5-6 phone calls the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful.
Highly recommend Dr. Yung and the rest of his team at Franklin Dental.
My dental visit was straight forward and honest. I was concerned I needed a root canal, but didn’t. Turns out a filling I got a while back, just simply fell out. I was terrified for nothing! Dr. Yung was able to fix everything at that same visit. Thank you.
