Flying from the simple Montgomery Regional (Alabama) airport, I had no trouble figuring out the San Jose airport. The airport is spread out a bit, but there's a blue bus to get you where you need to be.

Checking at SW desk to drop our bags was at a standstill. They know how many people are planning to fly that day at that time, add staff needed to get people checked in in a timely manner, please. Where are the water fountains??? Walked up and down the concourse and couldn't find one! Had to buy a 20 oz bottle of water for $3.15. That is robbery! Come on SJC, you can do better!

Business response:

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We're sharing your feedback about Southwest's staffing levels with local Southwest managers. As for water fountains, they are located adjacent to all the restrooms. We also have "Hydration Stations," where you can easily fill water bottles, at the water fountains by gates 7, 10, 15, 17 & 24.

TSA lines are crazy slow- now they are making everyone pass by a dog- even TSA Precheck, food options are absolutely awful as well, no clubs etc

TSA is very slow even when the airport not terribly busy. Ingress and egress is very good and close in.

It a comfortable, clean setting with plenty of electrical outlets. The food choice near AA could be better. The exception is Gordon Biersch which is great, but pricey. Would like pizza or Asian. The Yougert place is poor at best
