Will probably fly Sjc again for proximity convenience. But my 70yo mom has to push my 92 yo grandmother from security to the gate as NO WHEELCHAIR ASSIST was available?!!! Y’all need to get better at pax service especially during the holidays. ☹️ Someone else took this pix of them.
