We call the doctor to get an appointment for kidney stones. A nurse calls me and doesn't want to make me an appointment but tells me I will need to go to urgent care. Why would I go see another doctor. isn't this your job to make me an appointment with my primary doctor. The VA is worthless. Nobody cares about veterans or helping. They just want to send them elsewhere or make an appointment 6 months out to be able to see my doctor.
