Very professional great staff.
Medical care is great. Office staff not so much. Don't return phone calls when requested
What is going on with Norman Urology? I been seeing Dr. Dakil for over three years and always had a very positive feedback for him and his staff except for today! I reallty could not believe negative changes I saw today at the Norman office. I walked out after waiting for almost an hour I felt dismissed. I orginally made an appointment to go to the Moore office but somehow the scheduled was changed and I was told to go to the Norman office and wow what a huge disappointment in seeing the staff there. Drs ok, but follow up is terrible. Front office won’t answer phone, have not received test results offer 3 weeks - unacceptable.
