Miguel is helping me have greater range of motion and flexibility which he terms "passive yoga". I am greatly appreciative of these sessions and look forward to them.
My husband bought a massage for me after I had my first child, hoping it would relieve some of the tension and back problems I’ve been having postpartum. It was not a relaxing experience whatsoever. Great at deep tissue and cupping techniques. Not too talkative during the massage. Easy to schedule.
