Nicole is a fabulous coach! She always knows when to correct and give the right input to make my form and performance better. I love Norman Strength!
I dropped in at Norman Strength while visiting, very nice box and very good coaching by Taylor. I really like the personal pointer to everyone after the workout. Will be dropping in again whenever I’m in town.

Taylor is FANTASTIC, I love when he coaches. You can tell he actually cares about each one of us as humans and he cares that we move properly and efficiently. I love his coaching cues where so many of them don't click with me, he pivoted and used a new one that I hadn't heard today referencing a flashlight and it was really helpful for me to activate my hamstrings. He's a great human and a fantastic coach!
