I have experience with at least six different chiropractors over the years. Dr Smith is my number one top rated chiropractor. He uses the weight of your own body to reposition whatever is out of place. Very gentle treatments that restore structural health. Highly recommended.
Amazing people here! I struggled with severe sciatica and back pain for a year. I tried everything from physical therapy to epidural steroid injections (i was about to have surgery to fix my pain) and nothing worked. After seeing Dr. Smith my back finally began to heal. I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone needing help with their health.
Dr Smith is amazing and so is Dallas! Highly recommend this facility. Staff is so friendly and caring. Dr Smith has helped my dad so much with his mobility since his stroke. Love this place!
