Randy Is Considerate and Understanding
If I have any questions regarding pick up, Randy has always been professional and very friendly.
Bad service and rude about it. Doesn't like to do the job correctly. Lazy and puts the blame on others for not doing the job right. Update. Service has improved significantly! Thanks very much, Randy!
We have lived here for 4 years always put our trash and recycle cans in same place the night before pick up. This week our recycle did not get picked up. I called spoke to Randy on Wednesday morning says he will send someone out. No show called back Friday for Randy to tell me he got a response from the contractor saying our recycle was to close to mailbox hmmm funny we don’t even put in near mail box we put at end of driveway where we have for 4years.
