We had a horrible experience getting my 10 month old son's blood drawn. They tried both arms, then went back to the first arm again (so three needle pokes) and then after they finally started getting blood they moved the needle and collapsed his vein. It has been a week since this incident and he is still very bruised. I left a honest review through their survery system and received a call back the next day stating "we don't like negative reviews."
