On March 28, 2024 I returned to the NRH ER on Porter to continue the treatment of my swollen and painful index finger on my right hand. I was at the same ER, two(2) days ago for the same reason. After one and half hour, when my turn came, the leading nurse came and talked to me from behind, said few words and left. The triage person knew me and pointed out to him. Consequently, I lost my turn during this confusion. So, I waited for my second turn and it took another hour. I am 84 years old and have hearing issues. A little c... read more
