visited ER. Took me right in where I sit back for two hours before anyone visited except insurance computer woman..then a nurse came in with HER computer then left. Doctor came in about an hour later, spent exactly two minutes thirty-eight seconds (my wife was timing) nodded a lot, then left after ordering some blood work and x-ray. All seemed norman so I was advised to see my doctor on Monday. My bill after insurance, was almost $800.00 for physician fee. Love, love, love this dr!! I have 3 boys and she has been their only pediatrician, 9 years now! Her nurse Coe is the best!!! And the rest of the office staff are great!!!!!! I trust Dr Harmon and Coe 100% with my children and I am not a very trusting person. Take your children here, you won't be disappointed.
Dr. Mirza treated me for high calcium in my blood which I had been experiencing for 4 years with none of my other doctors able to find a real solution. I had severe osteoporosis due to the calcium not getting to my bones. When I was referred to her, she ran the necessary tests and found it was a tumor on the parathyroid. She called me personally during the CHRISTMAS Holidays to give me the report! I love her! I had the necessary surgery and now have normal bone density!
Just a word of warning, it you see Dr. Mursa be prepared to be treated as an science experiment and if you become just a routine patient, she will pass you off to the nurse practitioner who doesn't listen to the patient and does what she wants. My experience getting refills to prescriptions is like a battle. This has happened over four times over a year. You would think that a Diabetic doctor and her nurse would make refills of insulin (newer types) a prior and not let a patent run out their meds and die!!! A person can call... read more
I've been taking my children to Dr. Harmon for 13 years. I have the upmost trust in Dr. Harmon and her PA. However, the office staff is always rude and make it very difficult to schedule appointments. They won't schedule an appointment more than one day out at a time! This makes it almost impossible to accommodate any one's working schedule and is the least patient focused practice I have experienced. CARED FOR WITH 99.9% TLC BY NRH STAFF FOR 26 YEARS [as of 2008].... ONLY ONE BAD HAPPENING WAS NOT BY NRH, BUT BY DR ANDERSON [FOOT DR] BRACING UP MY LEG IN FEB 06 AFTER FRACTURED FEMUR.
