I do NOT recommend Amber Duncan. She can't answer questions and just repeats herself and acts like she doesn't feel like she needs to answer anything. The nurses I intereacted with were great though. I will not put my life into a brat of a so called drs hands. She needs to act and show like she cares which she didn't. Also, if you arw going to talk trash about a patient to another nurse, make sure the patient isn't around to hear you. I work in health care, and she was very unprofessional about that. Had the misfortune of putting my health in the hands of a provider at this clinic. Amber Duncan was a respectful practitioner, and I have no complaints with her, whatsoever. However, unfortunately for me, I had to interact with her nurse when I'd call in. This nurse treated me quite poorly. She dismissed me and my input and refused to listen to what I was telling her about my situation. I saw Dr. Appiah in 2019. Liked her a lot. Haven't been back since. Tried making an appointment and now I'm considered a new patient. She's not taking any new patients. But I can't see any other doctor in the group because I was once a patient of hers and they have an agreement not to see each other's patients..... but I'm a new patient and was told to I'll need to go somewhere else..
