Absolutely worthless property manager ever, Ruined our HOA. Subcontracts out all services does not actually do anything ..

Had a plumbing issue that had to do with the main line in my daughter's condo complex. She can't use her only toilet!!!!! 4 days, multiple calls and still has not sent a plumbing company out. She's called, I've called. His "I'll take care of it" means nothing 🤬

Norman is rude, sarcastic , and the companies he hires are ignorant unprofessional, and down right under caring.. Our snow removal stinks , our lawn care stinks, and when something is wrong g nothing gets done about it.. Certain people can do things that others get fined for.. It's called favoritism.. I have videos , and pictures.. also lots of un answered emails and texts..
