I have been going to Newport Spine Center for a few years and love them! I usually get in shortly after I contact them. The staff is wonderful! I get treated for back pain with excellent results.

Terrible place. Doctor spent 10 mins with me and barley did anything. Can't ever get anyone on the phone and they never return calls
I am a patient and called them 3 days ago and yesterday, and they never called back. Also, when you call, they ask for a detailed message, but the call hangs up before that is possible. I have several other issues but that's it for now. Does not leave me with a lot of confidence in the way the practice is managed.
