I found the office staff very rude and pushy with upgrading lens and frames. I'm sure they make a commission on this and it was very obvious. I was only able to afford what my insurance covered and was treated poorly because of that. I will not return.
My husband and I went in for eye exams and we were both very pleased with not only the staff and the dr but the experience as a whole! We are excited to find our new eye dr.
My visit was probably the best eye doctor visit experience that I've ever had. The staff was helpful and polite. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't need, and the overall price was very low, even with a contact lens exam. I'll definitely be taking the rest of my family here.
