Terrible customer service and incompetent receptionist. Immediately put off after getting hung up on and when I called back she couldn't even answer any basic questions.
This the worst place I’ve ever had to go for any kind of medical reasons. I spent 2 hours waiting to see the doctor after my insurance company kept explaining that I didn’t need a referral for his office to say I did for a regular eye appointment. If the receptionist wasn’t shopping on Victoria secret maybe she could have gotten it right and proceeded with my appointment. Needless to say I left without a eye exam. I wouldn’t take my dogs there
