The only reason I’m giving him a 1 is because I cannot give a zero. He totally misdiagnosed my mother Neuralgia and overloaded her with gabapentin which turned her into a zombie. He never poked or proded to identify exactly where the pain was. She suffered so much for a month and just said take her to the ER. I took her to main campus of Cleveland Clinic and a neurologist diagnosed her immediately with occipital neuralgia, gave her a block and no pain This guy just knows enough to be dangerous.
This office is a kind place to those of us who suffer with movement disorders
I took Noah to be seen in the office last week, Jan 9th, 2023. This time he saw CNP Melissa. She did a great job checking my husband and asking questions as well as those I asked her. Dr Freidman was not with us this time, but is a very good, kindhearted doctor. The staff as a whole are very good answering questions, etc. Hopefully, we get some problems solved relating to my husband. I feel if anyone will, Akron Neurology will!! Try them and see for yourself!!
Dr Friedman and his staff were exceptional. He patiently and carefully listened to my concerns, asked questions, thoroughly answered my questions, and made recommendations to build a strategy and course of action to figure out the source of my symptoms. He spent a lot of time with me — never acted rushed or in a hurry - and I truly felt like I had his full attention and a good plan of action built for my care. This doctor and his staff are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and thorough. I highly recommend.
